The commercial connector has a defined standard scope. Every new tenant is reviewed and its catalogue, pricing, stock and order mappings are tested before production automation is enabled.
The original client integration and this standardized product are not identical; tenant-specific requirements are confirmed during onboarding.
Acumatica owns the ERP data. WooCommerce stays the storefront.
The connector runs within WordPress and communicates directly with Acumatica’s contract-based REST API. It works with an established catalogue rather than creating an entirely new one.
For a successful export, an existing ERP customer is found using a stored ID or billing email. Creating ERP customers is not included in the standard package.

Keep dealer and trade prices in Acumatica. Map WooCommerce roles to price classes, then use the locally synchronized prices on product pages, variations, carts and checkout.
When a class price is unavailable, the connector falls back to the synchronized base price. If neither is indexed, existing WooCommerce pricing remains in place.
Role precedence, variation SKUs and page caching are checked during onboarding. Individual contracts, quantity breaks and complex currency rules require a separate scope review.

QuixWP validates the SalesOrder payload with your team before automatic exports are enabled. Errors are recorded, and failed exports can be reviewed and retried.
Duplicate protection
Export status and a per-order lock help prevent routine duplicates. Uncertain API responses still require reconciliation before re-export.
Automatic and manual retries
Failed attempts retry with increasing delays up to the configured limit. Correct mapping or API issues before manually retrying.

- Browsing uses local prices
- Product and cart pricing reads the local index, so normal price lookups do not wait for a live Acumatica response. During an outage, the store uses the prices already synchronized.
- Export failures have a recovery path
- An ERP export error is recorded against the WooCommerce order and can retry. Exhausted retries appear in Order Export for manual review. The first export runs on the configured status change, so a slow ERP response can delay that request.
- Operations stay in WooCommerce
- The dashboard shows indexed records, sync results, and connection health. HPOS-compatible order columns show export status and the ERP reference. Retries use Action Scheduler when available, with WP-Cron fallback.
- Access and diagnostics are controlled
- The API password and cached session cookie are encrypted. Diagnostic logs redact common credential and customer fields; server access protection is checked during onboarding. Schedules and automatic export start disabled and are enabled by the implementation team after testing and sign-off.

When a direct WooCommerce connector makes sense.
A direct plugin is a good fit when your main requirement is to keep an established WooCommerce store aligned with Acumatica stock and pricing, then export orders to the ERP. Acumatica remains the source of truth for those synchronized records, while local price lookup works within WooCommerce.
QuixWP adds managed onboarding and annual maintenance without an additional hosted synchronization layer. The installed connector is not deliberately disabled when maintenance expires; updates, support, and future compatibility maintenance require renewal.
