Who we are
QuixWP builds focused WooCommerce plugins and direct ERP integration tools. You can contact us at hello@quixwp.com.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to send through contact forms, support forms, compatibility review forms, newsletter forms, and direct email communication.
This may include your name, email address, company name, website URL, plugin interest, project details, ERP or WooCommerce environment details, and any message or file details you decide to share with us.
We may also collect technical information about website visits, including pages viewed, referral source, approximate location, device/browser information, analytics events, and security signals used to protect forms from abuse.
How we use the information
We use the information to respond to enquiries, review plugin or integration compatibility, prepare quotes or onboarding steps, provide support, improve our website, measure content performance, and protect the site from spam or misuse.
Analytics and event tracking
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the website. Analytics may record page views, traffic sources, device information, general location, and site events such as product-page clicks, documentation clicks, pricing clicks, external marketplace clicks, newsletter signups, and successful contact form submissions.
Analytics data is used in aggregate to improve QuixWP content, product pages, documentation, and lead quality. We do not use analytics to sell personal data.
Cookie and analytics choices
Analytics is optional. When you first visit the website, you can accept or reject analytics tracking. Your choice is stored in your browser so the banner does not repeatedly appear on every page.
You can change your analytics preference using the Cookie settings link in the website footer. Necessary security and form-protection functionality may still run because it is used to operate the site and protect forms from abuse.
Spam protection and security
Forms on the site may use Cloudflare Turnstile or similar anti-abuse tools. These tools help distinguish legitimate visitors from automated spam and may process technical signals required for security verification.
Newsletter
When you sign up for the QuixWP newsletter, we use your email address to send product updates, practical WooCommerce content, launch announcements, and early-access invitations. You can unsubscribe using the link provided in newsletter emails or by contacting us.
Sharing information
We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate the website, process forms, send email, host infrastructure, provide analytics, prevent abuse, or deliver support. We do not sell your personal data.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or to investigate abuse, fraud, or security issues.
Retention
We keep enquiry, support, and compatibility review information for as long as needed to respond, provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and improve product support. Newsletter subscription data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or request a copy of personal data we hold about you. You can contact us at hello@quixwp.com to make a request.
You can also disable cookies or tracking technologies through your browser settings, although some site features may not work as expected.
Third-party links
The website may link to third-party services, marketplaces, documentation, providers, or partner websites. Their privacy practices are controlled by those third parties, not by QuixWP.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the website, products, analytics setup, legal requirements, or service providers change. The updated date at the top of this page shows when the current version was published.
