Product and onboarding
Is this an instant-download plugin?+
No. It is supplied as a managed connector implementation. QuixWP confirms compatibility, issues an invoice, installs the connector, configures the SAP workflow, tests it, and enables production automation after sign-off.
Why is onboarding required?+
SAP Business One installations differ in company databases, warehouses, price lists, business-partner rules, tax codes, freight, currencies, units of measure, and user-defined fields. These details must be confirmed before production synchronization begins.
How long does implementation take?+
The schedule depends on access, catalogue quality, SAP complexity, and how quickly test results can be reviewed. QuixWP confirms the expected timeline after the compatibility review.
Compatibility
Is SAP Business One Service Layer required?+
Yes. The standard implementation requires a supported Service Layer endpoint and a dedicated integration user with the permissions needed for the agreed workflow.
Does it support WooCommerce HPOS?+
Yes. The connector is designed to use WooCommerce order APIs and support High Performance Order Storage rather than querying legacy order posts directly.
Can it connect multiple stores or SAP companies?+
The standard package covers one WooCommerce production site and one SAP Business One company database. Multi-store or multi-company implementations require separate review and pricing.
Catalogue and stock
How are products matched?+
The standard implementation matches the WooCommerce product or variation SKU to the SAP Business One ItemCode.
Does it create WooCommerce products?+
The standard package synchronizes existing WooCommerce products. Product creation, images, categories, attributes, and advanced variation generation require custom scope.
Which stock value is synchronized?+
QuixWP configures one agreed warehouse or availability rule during onboarding. Multiple warehouses, allocations, branch-specific stock, and calculated availability require review.
Can synchronization be scheduled?+
Yes. The connector supports manual and scheduled runs. The first runs are completed and reviewed during onboarding.
Price lists
Which price is synchronized?+
The standard package imports one agreed SAP Business One price list and stores the resulting prices locally in WooCommerce.
Does it support customer-specific pricing?+
Customer-specific price lists, special prices, quantity breaks, discount groups, and multiple currencies can be implemented as additional scope after reviewing the customer’s SAP pricing model.
Does every page view call SAP?+
No. Imported prices are indexed locally so normal WooCommerce storefront requests do not depend on a live SAP API request.
Order export
When are orders exported?+
The export trigger is configured during onboarding. A common setup exports when an order reaches Processing, but the correct status depends on the merchant’s payment and review workflow.
What happens when an export fails?+
The connector records a redacted error, applies the configured retry policy, and keeps the order visible for manual retry after the underlying issue is corrected.
Can it synchronize deliveries, invoices, or refunds back to WooCommerce?+
The standard package focuses on WooCommerce-to-SAP sales-order export. Delivery, invoice, tracking, refund, credit-note, and fulfilment return flows require custom scope.
Security and architecture
Does the connector use third-party middleware?+
No hosted QuixWP middleware is required. The connector runs in WordPress and communicates directly with the SAP Business One Service Layer API.
Does QuixWP receive our ERP data?+
Normal synchronization does not route catalogue, pricing, customer, or order data through QuixWP servers. Support access is arranged separately and only when required.
How are credentials handled?+
Credentials are stored inside the WordPress installation and encrypted at rest using the server capabilities available. Do not send passwords through the website form or email.
Pricing and maintenance
What is included in the $2,499 first-year price?+
The standard package includes one WooCommerce production site, one SAP Business One company database, direct Service Layer connection, one warehouse rule, one price list, sales-order export, onboarding, testing, production sign-off, and one year of updates and support.
What is the annual renewal?+
Standard maintenance renews at $999/year and includes updates, supported-platform compatibility maintenance, and connector support.
What happens when the licence expires?+
The installed connector continues to run. Licence expiration stops access to updates, compatibility maintenance, and support until renewal.
How do we purchase it?+
Submit the compatibility form. QuixWP reviews the environment, confirms the standard or custom scope, sends an invoice, and schedules implementation after payment.
