Renewal Scheduler requires the official WooCommerce Subscriptions extension.
It does not work as a standalone subscription system or as an add-on for alternative subscription engines. For technical questions, include your WordPress, WooCommerce, official WooCommerce Subscriptions, and PHP versions; whether HPOS is enabled; your store timezone; cron setup; the schedule dates; and a few affected subscription IDs.
If this is a migration question, choose either WooCommerce Subscriptions Schedule by Shop Plugins or WooCommerce Subscriptions Billing Date Alignment as the source, and mention whether existing next-payment dates should initially be preserved or aligned.
