Agreement to these terms
By using this website, submitting a form, joining the newsletter, or using public QuixWP documentation, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
Separate written agreements, invoices, marketplace terms, plugin licence terms, support terms, or signed scopes of work may apply to paid products and services. If there is a conflict, the more specific written agreement normally controls that specific transaction.
Website content is provided for information only
Content on this website is provided for general product, technical, and commercial information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, security, compliance, ERP, or business-continuity advice.
You are responsible for deciding whether any plugin, integration, workflow, article, code example, documentation, or recommendation is suitable for your store, infrastructure, customers, legal obligations, and business processes.
No guaranteed outcome
We try to provide accurate and useful information, but we do not guarantee that website content, documentation, product pages, compatibility notes, prices, feature descriptions, integrations, examples, or recommendations are complete, current, error-free, or suitable for every environment.
Search rankings, sales outcomes, conversion rates, plugin approval, marketplace approval, performance improvements, checkout improvements, ERP compatibility, and business results are never guaranteed.
Plugins, integrations, and third-party systems
QuixWP products may depend on WordPress, WooCommerce, WooCommerce extensions, hosting environments, browsers, payment gateways, shipping providers, address providers, ERP APIs, third-party marketplaces, and external services. We are not responsible for third-party systems, outages, API changes, pricing changes, policy changes, discontinued services, compatibility breaks, or data returned by those services.
You are responsible for maintaining backups, testing updates in staging, checking compatibility before production use, monitoring your store, reviewing orders and subscriptions, validating ERP data, and confirming that your business workflows behave as expected.
Managed implementation services
For managed integrations, compatibility and scope must be reviewed before implementation. A project is not accepted until the scope, assumptions, responsibilities, and commercial terms are confirmed in writing.
Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, implementation work depends on timely access to accurate credentials, test environments, API access, documentation, sample data, business rules, and approvals supplied by you or your team.
Your responsibilities
You agree not to misuse the website, forms, email addresses, documentation, or any downloadable resources. You must not submit unlawful, harmful, misleading, abusive, confidential third-party, or unauthorised data.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit to QuixWP, including technical details, project requirements, website URLs, ERP details, and contact information.
No warranties
The website, content, documentation, forms, code examples, product information, and public materials are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuixWP disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, compatibility, and uninterrupted operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuixWP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of sales, loss of leads, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, downtime, failed orders, incorrect orders, subscription issues, ERP sync issues, security incidents, third-party service failures, or other business losses.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuixWP’s total liability for claims related to free website use, public content, public documentation, forms, or pre-sales communication is limited to USD 100. For paid work, any liability limit will follow the applicable written agreement, marketplace terms, invoice terms, or licence terms. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Indemnity
You agree to hold QuixWP harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the website, your submitted information, your violation of these terms, your production use of plugins or integrations without appropriate testing, your third-party systems, or your breach of applicable law.
Intellectual property
The QuixWP name, website design, content, documentation, product names, graphics, and related materials are owned by QuixWP or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or create derivative commercial materials from this website unless we give written permission.
WordPress, WooCommerce, Acumatica, MYOB, SAP, and other third-party product names or trademarks belong to their respective owners. QuixWP is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those third parties unless expressly stated otherwise.
External links
The website may link to third-party websites, marketplaces, documentation, providers, or tools. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, terms, privacy practices, availability, security, pricing, or accuracy.
Changes
We may update these Terms of Use when the website, products, services, or legal requirements change. The updated date at the top of this page shows when the current version was published. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
