Acumatica Connector/MYOB Acumatica
For MYOB Acumatica merchants

MYOB Acumatica WooCommerce integration.

Bring your ERP stock and customer price classes into an established WooCommerce store, then send online orders to MYOB Acumatica as SalesOrders. QuixWP manages the connection, mappings, testing, and go-live.

From $1,499 USD for the first year, including implementation.
$699 USD/year renewal for updates, support, and compatibility maintenance.

Specifically for MYOB Acumatica. This connector does not support MYOB Business or MYOB AccountRight. Compatibility depends on your tenant exposing the supported Acumatica contract-based REST endpoints.

Your ERP-led online store

Sell online using the stock and trade pricing your team maintains in MYOB Acumatica.

When an existing WooCommerce store and MYOB Acumatica are maintained separately, staff have to reconcile stock changes, trade prices, and online orders across both systems. A focused ecommerce integration gives each system a clear responsibility.

MYOB Acumatica supplies synchronized inventory and pricing. WooCommerce manages the catalogue presentation, customer shopping experience, and payment flow. The connector exports eligible orders to the ERP for the next stage of your sales workflow.

The QuixWP product grew from a real production WooCommerce and Acumatica client implementation. The commercial connector generalizes that experience, with the scope tested against each merchant’s environment.

Supported workflows

Three connections that matter to a WooCommerce merchant.

Inventory into WooCommerce

Synchronize stock for existing products and variations by matching WooCommerce SKU to MYOB Acumatica Inventory ID. We validate the supported stock source and warehouse behavior during onboarding.

Price classes at the storefront

Map WooCommerce roles to MYOB Acumatica customer price classes. Imported prices are indexed locally and applied to products, variations, cart, and checkout, with synchronized base pricing as the fallback.

Online orders into SalesOrder

Look up an existing ERP customer by stored ID or billing email and export order lines and shipping-address information. Configure the triggering status and review failed exports for retry.

Before implementation

Confirm your MYOB product, API access, and business rules.

MYOB Acumatica environments can differ in endpoint contracts, permissions, warehouses, and order requirements. A successful login is the start of the review.

  1. Identify the environment. Share the MYOB product name and version, tenant structure, and whether a dedicated integration user can access the required REST entities.
  2. Check catalogue matching. Confirm that simple products and variations already exist in WooCommerce with matching Inventory IDs as their SKUs.
  3. Agree pricing and stock. Identify customer price classes, mapped roles, currency, units of measure, and the stock rule required for the store.
  4. Reconcile sample orders. Test existing customer lookup, order type, freight, tax expectations, and the resulting SalesOrder before enabling automation.
Standard or custom

One store, one tenant, a defined implementation.

The $1,499 USD first-year package includes the connector, stock and base-price sync, customer price classes and role mapping, SalesOrder export, managed onboarding, testing, production sign-off, and first-year updates/support.

Renewal is $699 USD/year. The installed connector continues operating when maintenance expires; renewal is required for updates, support, and future compatibility maintenance.

Discuss additional requirements before purchasing

Product creation, matrix items, individual customer contracts beyond class pricing, complex currencies or UOM rules, multiple stores or tenants, advanced warehouse logic, and invoices, shipments, or refunds back to WooCommerce are separate scope.

Customer lookup does not create a new MYOB Acumatica customer account. If new-customer creation is required, include it in your review request.

Direct communication

No QuixWP-hosted transaction relay.

The connector runs in WordPress and talks directly to the Acumatica contract-based REST API. Normal storefront price lookups use the local index. Order-export failures are recorded and can retry, while your team retains visibility inside WooCommerce.

A direct connector suits a focused two-system workflow. If MYOB Acumatica needs to coordinate a wider set of applications, evaluate middleware alongside this approach.

Managed onboarding

See whether your MYOB Acumatica setup fits.

Tell us about your existing store, stock rules, pricing, and order workflow. We confirm compatibility and any custom scope before issuing an invoice.
